Bingo Night Fundraiser - Donations

Halifax Central’s Student Leadership Committee is so excited to be planning a Bingo
Night for the evening of Wednesday, May 24th. We can’t wait to welcome friends and
family in for this event!
In preparation for this fundraiser, SLC is making a call for donations. If you are able,
there are two opportunities:

Bingo Prizes
● Any items or gift cards are welcome!
● If you are a business owner, artisan, or provide a service that you feel
would be suitable to offer as a Bingo prize, we would be so grateful for
any donations.

Homeroom Baskets
● Each homeroom has been assigned a basket theme (see list below)
● Baskets will be raffled off during the Bingo event
● Please send in any contributions/donations by Thursday, May 18th.
● A small monetary donation would be equally helpful and will go toward
the purchase of gift cards to be included in your student’s homeroom
basket.
Any and all donations would be greatly appreciated!

Homeroom Basket Themes
701 - Summer Fun Basket Beach towels, sunglasses, beach ball, pool/beach toys, sunscreen, water guns, ice
cream gift card, picnic items, etc.
702 - Movie Night Basket Candy, popcorn, popcorn seasonings, cozy blanket, DVDs, cineplex giftcards, etc.
801 - Bookworm Basket Cozy blanket, socks, mug, tea, hot chocolate, cookies, book light, bookmarks, books,
gift cards to bookstores, etc.
802 - Game Night Basket Board games, card games, snacks, drinks, gift cards etc.
901 - Treat Yourself Basket Face masks, bath bombs, manicure/pedicure supplies, headband, loofah/shower
poof, candles, gift cards, etc.
902 - Baking Basket Fun kitchen tools, baking mixes, frosting, sprinkles, apron, gift cards to local bakeries etc.
